I have taught Physical education and Health for 29 years.  I have loved being a teacher!  Teaching did run in my family, although it skipped a generation!
I had grandparents, aunts and uncles who taught for 40 years. "that is not my intention"!
I am interested in the strength and conditioning part of physical education.  After playing football at WKU, I truly understood how much the weight room role played in my overall success.  I believe that younger student athletes will gain strength and confidence along with maturity by spending quality time throughout their high school experience in a quality weight room setting.  All of my teaching experience has been surrounded with people that I have learned from!  The students have been my main focus!
